Collect less. Explain the rest.
This policy covers readywebtools.com and the Ready QR, Ready Hours, Ready DNS, Ready Materials and Ready Passwords subdomains.
Tool inputs
QR, barcode, work-hours, material and password-generation inputs are processed in the browser by the current applications and are not sent to a Ready Web Tools application server. Ready DNS is different: the public domain requested must be sent to a public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver to retrieve public records. Its product privacy page explains that request.
Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected tool and message are sent to Ready Web Tools through Resend so we can receive and reply to the request. Do not include passwords, API keys or other confidential information. Contact messages may be retained as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate support record.
Hosting and third-party resources
Our hosting provider, email provider and network-resource providers may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps as part of delivering the sites and requested services. We do not ask visitors to enter existing passwords, payment details or private identifiers into the tools.
Theme preference
A functional preference named rwt_theme may be stored for up to one year so light or dark mode can remain consistent across Ready Web Tools subdomains. Individual tools may also use browser storage for local settings or current entries; their privacy pages describe relevant behavior.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, it measures page views, approximate device and location information, referral sources, scrolling and link interactions. The consent choice is stored in the rwt_analytics_consent cookie for up to one year and applies across Ready Web Tools subdomains. Use the “Manage analytics choice” button on this page to change your decision.
Retention
Ready Web Tools does not maintain user accounts or an application database for the current tools. Infrastructure providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
Children and sensitive information
The collection is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children. Do not enter secrets, private hostnames or sensitive personal data into fields that do not explicitly require them.
